Remove 4 lower center finish panel attaching screws, then the panel. Disconnect electrical connector from cigar lighter.

16.

Remove instrument cluster finish panel, instrument cluster and No. 2 heater duct.

17.

Remove No. 1 and No. 2 defroster ducts.

18.

Remove instrument panel attaching bolts, then the instrument panel.

19.

Reverse procedure to install.
