CAUTION: Keep injector away from sparks during the test.

1. INSPECT INJECTION VOLUME

a. Remove the union bolt and 2 gaskets, and disconnect the fuel inlet hose from the fuel filter outlet.

b. Connect a No.1 union and hose to the fuel filter outlet with 2 new gaskets and the union bolt.

No.1 union - SST 90405-09015

Torque: 30 Nm (22 ft lb) 

c. Remove the pressure regulator from the delivery pipe.
