d. Install a new 0-ring to the fuel inlet of pressure regulator.
e. Connect a hose to the fuel inlet of the pressure regulator with a No.7 union and the 2 bolts.

No.7 union - SST 09268-41090  

Torque: 9.3 Nm (82 in.lb) 

f.

Connect the fuel return hose to the fuel outlet of the pressure regulator.

g. Install the grommet and a new 0-ring to the injector.

h. Connect the union (*SST) and hose to the injector, and hold the injector and union with clamp (*SST).

Put the injector into the graduated cylinder.
NOTE: Install a suitable vinyl hose onto the injector to prevent gasoline from splashing out.

j.

Using a jumper wire, connect terminals +B and FP of DLC1. 

k. Reconnect the negative (-) terminal cable to the battery.
l.

Turn the ignition switch ON.
NOTE: DO NOT start the engine.

m. Using a test connector (SST 09842-30070), connect the injector to the battery for 15 seconds, and measure the injection volume with a
