Measure side clearance between rotor and cover, Fig. 137. If clearance exceeds .0039 inch (.10 mm), replace rotor or pump body as necessary.

Measure body clearance between driven rotor and pump body, Fig. 138. If clearance is greater than .0079 inch (.20 mm), replace rotor or pump
body as necessary.
