Second Of Two

DISASSEMBLY  

NOTE: When using a vise, do not overtighten the vice.

1. Disconnect the universal joint by first placing matchmarks on the universal joint, intermediate No.2 shaft and main shaft then removing the two

bolts.

2. Remove the lower dust seal, column hole cover and the column hole shield by removing the two bolts from the dust seal and removing the hole

shield from the hole cover.

3. Remove the wiring harness clamp after removing the bolt.
