(a) Connect the accumulator assembly and clutch tube bracket with the bolt and 2 nuts.

Nut - Torque: 12 Nm (120 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)
Bolt - Torque: 8.0 Nm (80 kgf-cm, 69 in-lbf)

3. CONNECT CLUTCH LINE

(a) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), connect the clutch line.

without a union nut wrench - Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with a union nut wrench - Torque: 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
-

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in.).

This torque value is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.

4. INSTALL CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR BRACKET See: Clutch Fluid Accumulator/Service and Repair/Installation
5. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER HEAT INSULATOR See: Clutch Fluid Accumulator/Service and Repair/Installation
6. FILL BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR See: Brakes and Traction Control/Hydraulic System/Brake Fluid/Service and Repair
7. BLEED CLUTCH LINE See: Service and Repair/Procedures
8. INSPECT FLUID LEVEL See: Brakes and Traction Control/Hydraulic System/Brake Fluid/Testing and Inspection
9. INSPECT FOR FLUID LEAK

HINT:  Check for leaks in the clutch system.
