Condenser Fan: Service and Repair
COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL
1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Air intake connector.
b. Engine coolant reservoir tank.
2. REMOVE COOLING FANS
Radiator Fan:
a. Drain engine coolant.
b. Disconnect radiator upper hose.
c. Disconnect the connector.
d. Remove the 2 bolts and radiator fan.
Torque: 7.0 N.m (70 kgf.cm, 61 in.lbf)
Condenser Fan:
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 3 bolts and condenser fan.
Torque: 7.0 N.m (70 kgf.cm, 61 in.lbf)
3. REMOVE COOLING FAN MOTOR
Radiator Fan:
a. Remove the nut and fan.
b. Disconnect the wire harness and connector from the fan shroud.
c. Remove the 3 screws and motor.
