16. Using the 09950 - 60010 (09951 - 00200, 09951 - 00240, 09952-06010), 09950-70010 (09951-07360) SST, press out and remove the spacer and
oil seal.
NOTE: Do not damage the rack housing.

NOTE: When using a vise, do not overtighten it.
