Air Bypass Valve: Service and Repair
SUPERCHARGER BYPASS VALVE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
1. Drain engine coolant.
2. Remove air duct.
3. Remove engine coolant reservoir and bracket.
4. Remove air damper case.
5. Remove blower.
6. Disconnect Power Steering (PS) reservoir.
Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the PS reservoir.
Torque: 12.5 Nm (130 kg.cm, 9 ft. lbs.)
7. Remove throttle body.
