Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair
Installation

2ZR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor through a new gasket.

Torque : 20 Nm (200 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR WITHOUT CAP RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY   See: Engine Control Module/Service and Repair/Installation

3. INSTALL EGR WITH COOLER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the EGR with cooler pipe sub-assembly    See: Emission Control Systems/Exhaust Gas Recirculation/EGR Cooler/Service and

Repair/Installation.
