Removal

2ZR-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: PCV VALVE: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER   See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Removal

2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY   See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and Repair/Removal

4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE   See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and Repair/Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

6. REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the ventilation hose from the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

(b) Using a ball joint lock nut wrench (22 mm), remove the ventilation valve sub-assembly.
