Introduction

Some customers may have difficulties locking the rear No. 2 seats (third row folding seats) in the down (or stored) position on 2004 model year Sienna
vehicles. An improvement to the design and alignment of the seat striker and lock has been made to ensure positive lock down during seat storage.

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.
