1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and

Repair/Removal

3. REMOVE TRANSPONDER KEY BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

(a) Remove the nut and the transponder key bracket.

4. REMOVE TRANSPONDER KEY ECU

(a) Remove the nut and the transponder key ECU.
