Installation Steps

Federal (Non-California) Vehicles

INSTALLATION OF FUEL INJECTORS 

1.  INSTALL INJECTORS AND DELIVERY PIPE.

(a)  Install a new grommet to each injector.

(b) Apply a light coat of gasoline to each new O-ring, and install them onto each injector.
(c)  Install the 6 injectors. 

HINT: While turning the injector clockwise and counter-clockwise. push it into the delivery pipe. 

(d) Position the injector connector outward.

(e)  Install the following parts to the intake manifold:

(1) 3 spacers
(2) 6 new insulators

(f)  Install the 3 bolts to the delivery pipe.
