Remove the camshaft timing sprocket, No. 1 idler pulley and the crankshaft timing sprocket.
16.
Remove air intake chamber after performing the following:
a. Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
b. Disconnect the canister vacuum hose from the throttle body.
c. Disconnect the vacuum and fuel hoses from the pressure regulator.
d. Disconnect the PCV hose from the union.
No. 4 Water By-pass Hose
e. Disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the union of intake manifold.
No. 5 Water By-pass Hose
f.
Remove the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the water by-pass pipe.
