Assemble sprockets and timing chain with marked links aligned at sprocket marks, Fig. 124.
18.
Install timing chain and sprockets. Torque camshaft sprocket attaching bolt to 67 ft. lbs.
19.
Install timing chain tensioner. Torque attaching bolts to 13 ft. lbs.
20.
Reverse steps 1 through 7 to complete installation. Torque crankshaft pulley retaining bolt to 80 ft. lbs. on 1984-85 models, or 116 ft. lbs. on
except 1984-85 models.
