(a) Pull the upper part of the garnish toward the inside of the cabin and disengage the 2 clips.

HINT:  Perform this step as shown by the arrow (1) in the illustration.

(b) Cut off the clip [A].
(c) Disengage the 3 guides and remove the front pillar garnish LH.

HINT:  Perform this step as shown by the arrow (2) in the illustration.

(d) Remove the clip [A].

5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 6 claws, and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.

6. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

7. REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER (for LH Side) See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Front

8. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Front

9. REMOVE LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH
