Oil Pressure Regulating Valve, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove oil pressure valve. Collect emerging engine oil.  

Object Number: 616196 Size: DEFAULT  Inspect   

Check pressure regulating piston for correct play and dirt particles adhering. Depress valve with low pressure and check for correct functioning, if necessary replace.  

Object Number: 616199 Size: DEFAULT  Tighten (Torque)   

Oil pressure valve with new seal ring to cylinder block - 40 Nm/29.5 lbf. ft.
