Oil Temperature, Measure

Remove oil dipstick. Insert Oil Temperature Measurement Device Probe MKM-596-A in oil dipstick guide tube (1) until approx. 1 cm/0.4 in. above the bottom of oil pan.  

High ambient temperatures and engine loads can cause oil temperatures of up to approx. 150 ° C/300 ° F.  

Remove Oil Temperature Measurement Device Probe MKM-596-A.  

Install oil dipstick.
