Seal Ring - Front Crankshaft, Replace
Remove, Disconnect
Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (17 D)" or "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (17 DR and X 17 DTL)".
Remove toothed belt drive pulley - counterhold with KM-662-C (1).
Edge out seal ring (2) with suitable tool - ensure that sealing surfaces are not damaged.
Clean
Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket residue.
Install, Connect
Lightly coat sealing lip of the sealing ring with silicone grease (white).
Install seal ring in oil pump with KM-539 (1) - use bolt and washer of toothed belt pulley.
Install toothed belt drive pulley - counterhold with KM-662-C. Attach toothed belt drive pulley to crankshaft with new bolt - 130 Nm + 45 ° ± 5 ° / 96 lbf. ft. + 45 ° ± 5 ° .
Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (17 D)" or "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install (17 DR and X 17 DTL)".
Remove, Disconnect 
Clean 
Install, Connect
