Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
Remove flywheel cover plate and lock flywheel with KM-517-B. Remove fastening bolt for toothed belt drive gear.
Remove toothed belt drive gear (2) with KM-161-B (1).

Remove, Disconnect
Punch seal ring (4) in ring centre, screw in self-tapping screw and remove seal ring.
Remove oil pump drive gear (3) from oil pump.
Install, Connect
Cover the sealing lip of the new sealing ring with silicon grease (white) and insert in the oil pump cover. einsetzen. Drive in the sealing ring with KM-657 (1) up to the stop.
Attach oil pump drive gear to oil pump - 44 Nm/33 lbf. ft.

Attach toothed belt drive gear to crankshaft - 196 Nm/146 lbf. ft.

Remove KM-517-B and install flywheel cover plate.
Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
Remove, Disconnect 
Install, Connect
