Cylinder Head  

Seal Ring - Camshaft, Replace  

  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".  

Block the upper OT- positioning screw of the camshaft gear. Release the fixing bolts (1) of the camshaft.. Screw out the OT - positioning screw and take out the camshaft gear. Remove the fixing bolts (2) of the rear toothed belt cover. Lever out the sealing ring with a suitable tool.   Do not damage sealing surfaces.

  Install, Connect   

Cover the sealing lip of the new sealing ring with silicon grease (white) and place on camshaft neck. Place the pressure ring of KM-660 on the camshaft neck.   Drive in seal ring until stop using Installer KM-660.   Fit the rear toothed belt cover on the cylinder head and cylinder block- turning torque 10 Nm. Place thecamshaft gear on the camshaft, block with OT positioning screw and fit fixing screw - tightening torque 10 Nm. Remove OT positioning screw.   Install toothed belt - see operation "Toothed Belt, Remove and Install".
