Cooler, remove and install > < Engine tightness, check (CO content in the cooling system)

Fan Motor, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Disconnect wiring harness plug from fan motor and unclip bundle of cables from fan housing.  

Remove fastening bolts (1) from radiator and remove fan housing with fan motor from bracket (2).  

Remove fastening nuts (3) from fan housing and bracket (4) from fan motor.  

Remove wheel from fan motor.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Fasten fan wheel with retaining clip (4) to fan motor and fan motor with fastening bolts (3) to fan housing. Insert fan housing with fan motor in bracket (2) and install with fastening bolts (1) to radiator. Connect wiring harness plug to fan motor and clip cable bundle in fan housing.
