Cooling System, Fill Up and Bleed  

Object Number: 616201 Size: DEFAULT  Important!   

Use only Opel Radiator Anti-freeze 19 40 656 (90 297 545). 1) .  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Fill coolant expansion tank with coolant up to "COLD" mark (1). After closing cooling system allow engine to run warm until thermostat opens (coolant temperature of c. 92 ° C). Allow engine to cool and then check coolant level, and if necessary again fill with coolant up to "COLD" mark.  

Notice: 

Cooling system bleeds automatically during engine warm-up phase.

1)  Ensure antifreeze mixture contains 50% water and 50% antifreeze.
