Refrigerant temperature, measure with closed cooling system, measure > < Cooling system, fill and vent

Cooling System, Check for Leaks  

Engine at operating temperature (oil temperature ≥ 80 ° C/176 ° F).  

Check coolant level and correct if necessary.  

Screw KM-471 (1) adapter and radiator testing device (2) to coolant compensation tank (following manufacturer's instructions).  

Pressurise cooling system to approx. 100 kPa (1 bar/14.5 psi).  

Radiator testing device is available from the "Opel/Vauxhall workshop equipment" catalogue.

Cooling System, Check for Leaks.

Remove testing device and close coolant compensation tank..
