Ignition OFF

Driver's door not completely closed

First turn key 45° to the right in driver's door (lock). Hold key in this position for at least 1 second, then turn key fully to the right (arm anti-theft warning system)

Open driver's door immediately

Anti-theft warning system armed after 10 s

Turn key 45° to the left in driver's door

(disarm anti-theft warning system)

Note:

For this test procedure, the TECH 1 cable should be guided through the gap of the opened driver's door window. The driver's door contact switch must be actuated.
