Cause of Fault:

(If nominal value is not attained)

·   Ignition OFF

·   Remove radio H1

·   Ignition ON:

·   Measure voltage between radio wiring harness plug X 69/Ter. 18 and ground:

HIGH  5V

between 4.5 and 5.5 volts

·   Lead from X 69/Ter. 18 to X 19/Ter. 10 has short circuit to ground

·   Lead from X 69/Ter. 18 to X 19/Ter. 10 is interrupted

·   Lead from X 69/Ter. 18 to X 19/Ter. 10 has short circuit to voltage

·   MID defective

·   Connect contact from X 69/Ter. 18 with ground:

LOW  0V

·   MID defective

·   If nominal values are attained

·   Radio H 1 defective
