Remove fastening bolts (2) and body-bound rivets (1) and (3) from the side attachment.

Remove fastening bolts (4), (5), (6) and (7) of lower engine compartment cover – remove lower engine compartment cover.

Note:   When installing, ensure that the brake hose (8) is located above the engine compartment cover.

Insert lower engine compartment cover, screw in fastening bolts (4), (5), (6) and (7).

Screw in side fastening bolts (2), install body-bound rivets (1) and (3).

Tighten bolts – tightening torque 5 Nm / 3.7 lbf. ft.
