Sash Window - Front Door, Remove and Install
(Models F08, F35, F48, F69, F70)
 Remove

Vehicles with side airbag: disconnect battery and wait 1 minute
until the capacitor has discharged. Front door inner panelling
– see operation "Inner Panelling – Front Door, Remove
and Install". Water vapour barrier. Side airbag sensor bracket
– see operation "Sensor Bracket – Side Airbag, Remove
and Install". Release and disconnect side airbag sensor wiring
harness plug, drill off window winder guide rail (2), release
window guide (1), wind up sash window and tilt, pull out sash
window in an upward direction.
Install
Remove sash window, window winder guide rail.
 Adjust
Hand tighten window guide screws. Wind sash window down and up.
Tighten window guide screws.

Install
Airbag sensor wiring harness plug, side airbag sensor bracket,
undamaged water vapour barrier, front door inner panelling.
