Replace rubber mounting for folding roof tailgate glass - L67 > < Replace bracket (aluminum rails) center folding roof weatherstrip - L67

Replace bracket (aluminum rails) C-pillar folding roof weatherstrip - L67

  Remove

1.   Place folding top in service position
•   Folding top half open
•   Use special tool BO-47651-200 (1)
•   Secure roof with accompanying tensioner belt (2)

2.   Detach outer C-pillar panelling (1)
•   Detach 2x clamps

3.   Detach seal (1)
•   Unscrew 2x nut (2)
– Remove seal from guide

4.   Detach C-pillar seal retainer (1)
•   Unscrew 3x bolt (arrows)

  Install

5.   Attach seal seat
•   Tighten 3x bolts 3 Nm
6.   attach seal
•   Insert seal into guide
Note:   Pay attention to installation position
– Tighten 2x nut 3.7 Nm
– Threaded bolts must be placed in until stop
7.   Attach outer C-pillar panelling
•   Attach 2x clamps
8.   Close folding top
•   Remove special tool BO-47651-200
– Close folding top
