Assemble

Open luggage compartment lid

Open pump pressure
• |
Break perforation of the bulkhead wall panelling
|
• |
Carefully turn emergency actuation screw (1) to stop using a
hex wrench.
|
|
|
|
4. |
Unlock luggage compartment lid lock - both sides
|
|
|
5. |
Place luggage compartment lid to the top rear
Note: 2nd mechanic
required.
Note: Loosen wiring
harness on Cinematic.

Drive open luggage compartment lid completely
Note: Pay attention
that the luggage compartment lid synchronously opens!

|
|
|
6. |
Detach luggage compartment lid flap unit (2) - both sides
• |
Disconnect wiring harness plug (3)
|
|
|
|
7. |
Open parcel shelf
Note: Pay attention
that the parcel shelf does not tilt up.
• |
Open parcel shelf (1) until it reaches oblique position to the
head restraint
|
|
|
|
8. |
Close parcel shelf flap - both sides
• |
Screw in motor shaft screw until linkage lid is completely
driven in
|
|
|
9. |
Close folding roof manually
Note: 2nd mechanic
required.
Note: Lift up folding
roof carefully and close. Pay attention that the centering pins in
the lock align!
|
|
|
10. |
Lock roof locking system manually - both sides
Note: Lock locking
system by placing a point of a tool in toothed wheel work and shaft
in U-notch and employing a levering motion.
Note: Ensure limit
position.

|
11. |
Remove luggage compartment panelling
|
12. |
Remove steel folding roof support (1) - both sides
• |
Unscrew 3x bolt (arrows)
|
|
|
|
13. |
Lift up hydraulic cylinder - both sides
Note: Hydraulic
cylinder must be manually lifted up with a screw driver.
|
|
|
14. |
Engage rear cover Cinematic in latch - both sides
|
15. |
Install steel folding roof support - both sides
|
17. |
Check and correct hydraulic pump fill level, function test,
test again and correct if necessary.

Install luggage compartment panelling
|
