Replace front inner panelling of the rear quarter
panel - L67
Remove
1. |
Move front seat as far forward as possible
|

Remove bench seat
• |
Unclip 2x from guide (2) upwards
|
|
|
|
3. |
Remove head restraint (1)
• |
Unlock 2x head restraints (arrows)
|
|
|
|
4. |
Detach head restraint guide sleeve
• |
Bend standard wire release hook (diameter 1 – 1.5 mm ) for active head restraint
guide sleeve as in illustration I
|
• |
Mark insertion depth of 50 – 55
mm
|
• |
Insert release hook opposite the release button of active
headrest guide sleeve, release guide sleeve and pull out
upwards
|
|
|
|
|
5. |
Detach rear seat backrest
• |
Open 2x service flaps (1)
|
• |
Prise out both clamps (2) with tool KM-443-A
Note: Slightly lift
rear seat back as access is tight.
|
• |
Remove 2x from lower guide (3)
|
|
|
6. |
Lift electrical parcel shelf
• |
Close steel cover until the parcel shelf is lifted
|
|
|
7. |
Detach upper rear quarter panel inner panelling
• |
Unclip upper rear quarter panel inner panelling (2) 4x from
guides (arrows)
|
|
|
8. |
Detach belt buckle (1)
• |
Unscrew and remove bolt (arrow)
|
|
|
|
|
9. |
Detach rear quarter panel inner panelling, front
• |
Unclip 6x clip (arrows)
|
|
|
Install
10. |
Attach rear quarter panel front inner panelling
|
12. |
Attach upper rear quarter panel inner panelling
• |
Clip in 4x screws in guide
|
|
13. |
Close electrical parcel shelf
|
14. |
Attach rear seat backrest
• |
Insert 2x into lower guide
|
• |
Clip in 2x in upper guide
|
|
15. |
Push guide sleeve into rear seat backrest until it engages.
|
16. |
Install headrest
• |
Engage head restraint (audible click)
|
|
17. |
Install bench seat
• |
Clip in 2x front in guide
|
|
18. |
Return front seat to original position
|
|
