Replace front outer folding roof inner panelling hinge - L67 > < Hook, Load Compartment Guide Rail, Replace

Replace roof frame cover front - L67

  Remove

1.   Detach sun visor - both sides
•   Unscrew 2x bolt
•   Unclip sun visor from support and remove
Object Number: 3446759 Size: DEFAULT


2.   Detach supports (1) - both sides
•   Unscrew screws (arrow)
Object Number: 10677547 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Detach A-pillar panelling - both sides
•   Unclip 2x clip (2)
•   Remove A-pillar panelling (1) from guide

4.   Detach interior light
•   Unclip plastic glass (1) with appropriate tool
•   Unscrew 2x bolt (2)
•   Unclip and remove interior light (3) with appropriate tool
– Disconnect 3x wiring harness plug (arrows)

5.   Detach roof frame panelling (1)
•   Unclip 2x clip (2)
•   Remove roof frame panelling from guide

  Install

6.   Attach roof frame panelling
•   Insert roof frame panelling into guide
•   Clip in 2x clip
7.   Attach interior light
•   Connect 3x wiring harness plugs
•   Clip in interior light
•   Tighten 2x bolts
•   Clip in plastic glass
8.   Attach A-pillar panelling - both sides
•   Insert A-pillar panelling in guide
•   Clip in 2x clip
9.   Attach supports - both sides
•   Tighten the bolt
10.   Attach sun visor - both sides
•   Clip sun visor into main bracket
•   Tighten 2x bolt 2.2 Nm
