Replace upper C-pillar inner panelling - L35

  Remove

1.   Remove roof frame inner panelling
•   Remove roof frame inner panelling
– Prise off the panelling from the seat with a plastic wedge
– Unclip 3x clips, 2x guides (arrows)

2.   Remove D-pillar panelling
•   Unclip D-pillar panelling (arrows)
– Prise off the panelling from the seat with a plastic wedge
– Unclip 5x clip

3.   Fold down rear seat backrest
Object Number: 7361178 Size: DEFAULT

4.   Detach cover for load compartment, side
•   Unscrew 4x bolt (1)
•   Unclip rear clip
•   Remove load compartment cover, side

5.   Detach lower C-pillar panel
•   Unclip 4x clips
– Pull out panelling in lower area of the B-pillar cover

6.   Detach bottom of belt
•   Unscrew bolt
7.   Remove upper C-pillar panelling
•   Unclip panel (arrow)
•   Unclip C-pillar panelling
•   Unthread belt

  Install

8.   Install C-pillar panelling
•   Thread in belt
•   Clip in C-pillar panelling
•   Clip in panel
9.   Attach bottom of belt
•   Tighten bolt 35 Nm
10.   Attach lower C-pillar panel
•   Clip in 4x clips
– Place panelling in lower area of the B-pillar cover
11.   Install cover for load compartment, side
•   Clip in rear clip
•   Tighten 4x bolt
12.   Return rear seat back to original position
13.   Install D-pillar panelling
•   Clip in 5x clips
14.   Install roof frame inner panelling
•   Clip in 2x guides in D-pillar inner panelling
•   Clip in 3x clips
