Replace parcel shelf - L67

  Install

1.   Open steel folding top
2.   Lift electrical parcel shelf
•   Close steel cover until the parcel shelf is lifted
Object Number: 10677578 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Detach parcel shelf (1)
Note:   Only the left side of the parcel shelf is shown to simplify the illustration.
•   Detach parcel shelf flap motor - both sides
– Unscrew 4x lower bolts (arrows)
– Detach 2x cable tie
– Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs (3)
•   Unscrew 4x upper bolts (2)

  Install

4.   Rebuild small parts
•   Modify 2x wiring harness plug brackets
•   Modify 2x limit stop flaps
5.   Attach parcel shelf
•   Tighten 4x bolts 5 Nm
6.   Close electrical parcel shelf
7.   Check gap and adjust if needed
8.   Close folding top
