Glass Sunroof - Replace Entirely - L35 (with adjustable rear bench seat)

  Remove

1.   Remove moulded headlining
  • L35
2.   Detach water drain hose actuation unit at front
•   Remove 2x hose
Object Number: 3446950 Size: DEFAULT


3.   Detach water drain hose actuation unit at rear
•   Remove 2x hose
Object Number: 3446951 Size: DEFAULT


4.   Disconnect wiring harness actuation unit at front
•   Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug
Object Number: 3446952 Size: DEFAULT

5.   Detach actuation unit
•   Unscrew 20x bolt
6.   Remove actuation unit
Note:   2nd mechanic required

  Install

7.   Insert actuation unit
Note:   2nd mechanic required
•   Locate with 3x bolt
8.   Install actuation unit
•   Tighten 20x bolt
9.   Connect wiring harness actuation unit at front
•   Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
10.   Attach water drain hose actuation unit at rear
•   Refit 2x hose
11.   Attach water drain hose actuation unit at front
•   Refit 2x hose
12.   Install moulded headlining
  • L35
