Replace front water drain hose actuation unit -
L48 / L35
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove moulded headlining L48 
Remove moulded headlining L35 with adjustable rear seat bench
Remove moulded headlining L35 without adjustable rear seat bench

Loosen wing protective panelling inner
| • |
Remove 8x body-bound rivets (arrows)
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Remove water drain hose front
| • |
Detach water drain hose from sunroof
Note: For better
guidance with the installation, the water drain hose is to be
provided with a cord
|

Remove water drain hose from A-pillar bottom
|
|
|
|
Install
| 4. |
Install water drain hose front
| • |
Connect water drain hose with cord
|
| • |
Draww in water drain hose in A-column carefully with the help
of the cord
|
| • |
Remove cord and attach water drain hose to sunroof
|
|
| 5. |
Attach wing protective panelling inner
| • |
Install 8x body-bound rivets
|
|
| 6. |
Install moulded headlining L48
Install moulded headlining L35 with adjustable rear seat bench
Install moulded headlining L35 without adjustable rear set bench
