Brake Anchor Plate – Rear Wheel Brake,
Remove and Install
Remove
1. |
Top up brake fluid reservoir to "MAX" marking and seal with
MKM-558-10
|
4. |
Remove brake shoes of the rear wheel brake
|
5. |
Remove wheel brake cylinder (1)
|
6. |
Detach retaining clip (4) and remove parking brake cable (3)
from brake anchor plate
|
7. |
Detach wheel bearing unit (2) with brake anchor plate from rear
axle
|
|
|
Install
8. |
Attach brake anchor plate to rear axle with wheel bearing unit
|
9. |
Insert parking brake cable in brake anchor plate and attach new
retaining clip.
|
10. |
Install wheel brake cylinder
|
11. |
Install brake shoes on rear wheel brake
|
13. |
Fit rear wheel 110 Nm
|
14. |
Bleed brake system and check for leaks
|
15. |
Actuate brake pedal repeatedly
|
16. |
Top up brake fluid to "MAX" mark
|
|
