Piston, Replace
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove piston with con-rod
|
| 2. |
Detach piston from con-rod
Important: Note installation
position of piston in respect of con-rod
|

Remove retainer (1) from piston eye
|
| • |
Press piston pin (2) out of piston
|
|
|
|
Install
| 3. |
Attach piston to con-rod
Important: Note installation
position of piston in respect of con-rod
|
| • |
Press piston pin into piston and con-rod by hand
|
| • |
Insert retainer in annular groove on piston
| – |
Ensure retainer is firmly seated in the groove
|
|
|
| 4. |
Install piston with con-rod 
|
