Oil Temperature, Measure

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove oil dipstick
3.   Measure oil temperature with MKM-596-A
Note:   The oil temperature is dependent on the engine load. High ambient temperatures and extreme engine loads can cause oil temperatures of up to approx. 150 °C/302 °F.
•   Insert measuring probe into oil dipstick guide tube up to approx. 1 cm above bottom of oil pan
•   Seal off oil dipstick guide tube opening with provided rubber plug

4.   Attach MKM-596-A

  Install

5.   Insert oil dipstick
6.   Close bonnet
