Adjust selector actuation cable (AF17 / AF22)
 Remove

Remove selector lever cover 
|
| 3. |
Detach selector actuator cable (2) from selector lever
| • |
Detach retaining clamp (1).
|
| • |
Disconnect selector lever actuation cable from bracket
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Remove battery and battery support
|
| 5. |
Detach selector actuation cable from transmission
| • |
Detach from selector lever position switch
|
| • |
Detach from bracket on transmission
| – |
Detach retaining clamp (1).
|
|
|
| 6. |
Detach selector actuation cable from wiring harness
| • |
Unclip from 2x bracket (2)
|
|
| 7. |
Remove selector actuation cable from rubber seal (3)
Note: Do not remove
rubber seal from bulkhead
|
|
|
Install
| 8. |
Insert selector actuation cable into bulkhead
Note: Do not push
rubber seal (3) into bulkhead
| • |
Coat selector actuation cable with soap solution
|
|
| 9. |
Attach selector actuation cable to transmission
| • |
Attach to selector lever position switch
|
| • |
Attach to bracket on transmission
| – |
Attach retaining clamp (1).
|
|
|
| 10. |
Attach selector actuation cable to wiring harness
| • |
Clip into 2x brackets (2)
|
|
|
|
| 11. |
Install battery and battery support
|
| 12. |
Attach selector actuator cable (2) to selector lever
| • |
Attach selector lever actuation cable to bracket
|
| • |
Attach retaining clamp (1).
|
|
|
|
| 14. |
Attach selector lever cover
|
| 15. |
Program volatile memories
|
| 16. |
Adjust selector actuation cable
|
| 17. |
Check selector lever safety functions
|
|
