Intermediate Gear (Driven), Replace (AF17)
Remove

Attach KM-910 (2) to
transmission.
|

Using KM-910 , attach transmission to
KM-113-2 (1)
Note: Lock
horizontally.
|

Detach converter housing from transmission housing
• |
Unscrew 15x bolt (arrows)
|
|
|
|
7. |
Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C2
|
|
10. |
Remove guide, parking lock claw (2)
• |
Remove locking spring, parking lock
|
• |
Unscrew 2x bolt (1) and (3)
|
• |
Remove sleeve and torsion spring no. 2 (4)
|
|
11. |
Remove parking lock claw (6)
• |
Detach bolt (5)
– |
Press out with screwdriver
|
|
• |
Detach torsion spring no. 1
|
|
12. |
Remove fluid retaining plate (10)
• |
Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)
|
|
Important: Note installation
position of friction washers.
|
13. |
Detach intermediate gear (driven) (8)
• |
Detach 2x friction washer (7) and (9)
|
|
|
Install
Important: Note installation
position of friction washers.
|
14. |
Install intermediate gear (driven)
• |
Attach friction washers
|
|
15. |
Install fluid retaining plate
|
16. |
Install parking lock claw
• |
Install 2x bolt, parking lock
|
• |
Install bolt and torsion spring no. 1
|
|
17. |
Install guide, parking lock claw
• |
Insert sleeve and torsion spring no. 2
|
• |
Install locking spring, parking lock
|
|
19. |
Install brake band B1
|
20. |
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C2
|
Important: No gasket residue may
fall into transmission housing.
|
22. |
Replace 6x gasket (1) and (2)
• |
Clean sealing surfaces, transmission housing
|
|
23. |
Attach converter housing to transmission housing
• |
Apply sealing compound to transmission housing
|
• |
Tighten 15x bolt (3) 25 Nm
Note: Insert bolts with
retaining compound
|
|
|
|
24. |
Use KM-910 to remove transmission
from KM-113-2
|
25. |
Remove KM-910 from transmission.
