Intermediate Drive Gear (Driven), Replace (AF17)

  Remove

1.   Remove transmission
2.   Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C1 LUREF_1.gif
3.   Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3 LUREF_1.gif
4.   Remove rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0 LUREF_1.gif
5.   Remove front ring gear assembly with freewheel F1 and planetary carrier
6.   Remove fluid pump
7.   Remove assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2 LUREF_1.gif
8.   Remove brake band B1
9.   Remove intermediate drive gear (3)
•   Detach retaining ring (2) with KM-396 (1)
•   Turn transmission by 90 ° and lock
•   If necessary, release intermediate drive gear from the opposite side of the housing with a rubber mallet

  Install

10.   Install intermediate drive gear (1)
•   drive in carefully with a rubber hammer as far as the stop
•   Turn transmission by 90 ° and lock
•   Install retaining ring (3) with KM-396 (2)

11.   Install brake band B1
12.   Install assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2 LUREF_1.gif
13.   Install oil pump
14.   Install front ring gear assembly with freewheel F1 and planetary carrier
15.   Install rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0 LUREF_1.gif
16.   Install multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3 LUREF_1.gif
17.   Install multi-plate clutch assembly C1 LUREF_1.gif
18.   Install transmission
