Replace windscreen wiper motor with linkage - LHD

  Remove

1.   Remove windscreen trim seal (1)
2.   Remove wiper arms (2)
•   Remove 2x cover
•   Unscrew 2x nut
•   Remove 2x washer
•   Pull 2x windscreen wiper arm from shaft with KM-6166-20/30

3.   Remove windscreen casing (1)
•   Lift windscreen casing in vicinity of front wall
Important:   Carefully unclip clips from inside from upper front wall mounting
•   Undo 5x clip (3)
•   Remove hose for screen wash system (2)

4.   Remove wiper linkage with motor
•   Unscrew 3x bolt (1)
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)

  Install

5.   Install wiper linkage with motor
•   Tighten 3x bolt 9 Nm
•   Connect wiring harness plug
6.   Attach windscreen trim
•   Fit hose for screen wash system
•   Clip in 5x clip
7.   Install screen wiper arms
•   Place 2x windscreen wiper arm on shaft
Note:   Ensure correct installation position of screen wiper arms!
•   Install 2x washer
•   Tighten 2x nut 17 Nm
•   Fit 2x cover
8.   Fit windscreen trim seal
9.   Windscreen Wiper Arms, Basic Adjustment LUREF_1.gif
