Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose ReplacementRemoval Procedure

1. | Open the hood. |
2. | Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . |
3. | Unclip the electronic control module bracket and move the engine control module to one side. |
4. | Disconnect the charge air cooler outlet air hose (2) from the throttle body (1). |
5. | Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . |
6. | Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . |
7. | Raise the. |
8. | Remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement . |
9. | Lower the vehicle. |
10. | Unlock the charge air cooler outlet air hose (1) from the charge air cooler (2). |
Installation Procedure
1. | Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose (1) to the charge air cooler (2). |
2. | Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . |
3. | Raise the vehicle. |
4. | Install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement . |
5. | Lower the vehicle. |
6. | Connect the charger air cooler outlet air hose (2) to the throttle body (1). |
7. | Clip in the electronic control module bracket. |
8. | Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection . |
9. | Close the hood. |
