Fuel Feed Hose Protector Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .

3. Remove the engine lift bracket bolt (1).
4. Remove the engine lift bracket (2).
5. Remove the 2 fuel feed hose protector bolts (4).
6. Remove the fuel feed hose protector (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the fuel feed hose protector (3).
2. Loosely install the 2 fuel feed hose protector bolts (4).
3. Install the engine lift bracket (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
4. Install the engine lift bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft) .
5. Tighten the 2 fuel feed hose protector bolts (4) to 9 N·m (80 lb in) .
6. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
7. Close the hood.
