Engine Block Assemble

1.	Install the 4 piston oil nozzles (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

2.	Install the 4 piston oil nozzle bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in)

Note: Ensure the NEW engine block core hole plugs are installed to the proper depth.

3.	Install the 7 NEW engine block core hole plugs (1).

4.	Install the 2 cylinder head location pins (1).

5.	Install the 2 transmission locating pins (1).

6.	Install the 2 lower crankcase location pins (2).
