Engine Coolant Thermostat Installation

Install a NEW engine coolant
thermostat gasket (2) into the thermostat housing (1). |

Install the engine coolant
temperature sensor gasket (4) to the engine coolant temperature
sensor (3). |

Install the engine coolant
temperature sensor (3). |
| 4. |
Install the engine coolant
temperature sensor retainer clip (5) to the engine coolant
thermostat (1). |
| 5. |
Install the engine coolant
thermostat (2). |
| 6. |
Install the 2 engine coolant
thermostat bolts (1) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb
ft) . |
