Engine Flywheel Installation

•	EN-470-B Torque Wrench

•	EN-652 Fixing Tool

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1.	Install the EN-652 fixing tool in order to fix the engine flywheel.

2.	Recut the 8 threads in the crankshaft.

3.	Install the engine flywheel (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution .

4.	Install 8 NEW engine flywheel bolts (2) and tighten in the following order:

4.1

Tighten the bolts to 15 N·m(11 lb ft) .

4.2

Tighten to an additional 35° . Use a EN-470-B angle torque wrench .

5.	Remove the EN-652 fixing tool .
