Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (1.6L LLU)

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.

2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation pipe assembly (1) from the camshaft cover (2) and from the positive crankcase ventilation connector (3).
3. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation pipe assembly (1) from the air cleaner outlet rear duct (4).

4. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation pipe (2) from the intake manifold (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the positive crankcase ventilation pipe (2) to the intake manifold (1).

2. Install the positive crankcase ventilation pipe assembly (1) to the camshaft cover (2) and to the positive crankcase ventilation connector (3).
3. Install the positive crankcase ventilation pipe assembly (1) to the air cleaner outlet rear duct (4).
4. Close the hood.
